Youth from different churches and schools meet weekly to build friendships and accountability in living for Jesus. Over the past year, we have seen:

A group of pastoral and lay leaders meet monthly to learn new ways to engage with their church people. In the past year, we have seen:

• Learn to have crucial conversations with one another
• Apply new relational approach to shepherd God's people
• Improve own self-care, reduce stress

The main activities are:

• Make plans to implement and track changes
• Training on using relational and conversational based leadership style

• New discipleship meetings to identify and train successors
• Leaders assessed their spiritual health and pass the skill onto others

A group of young adults meet monthly to learn how to serve their church and lead the next generation to follow Jesus. This year, we have seen:

• Courage to facilitate small-group discussions
• Developed positive attitude to worship God through serving

The main activities are:

• Learn inductive method to lead bible study
• Discussing ideas on how to help the group apply knowledge to daily life

• Social interaction and initiative
• Able to lead Bible Study and Worship
