Youth from different churches and schools meet weekly to build friendships and accountability in living for Jesus. Over the past year, we have seen:

• Willingness to share faith with friends, invited friends to attend group meetings
• Understand God's plan more, as a result, motivated to change excessive habits

• Knowing God's character and exploring new attitudes to respond to God

• Clarity of identity in Christ and career planning

A group of pastoral and lay leaders meet monthly to learn new ways to engage with their church people. In the past year, we have seen:

• Apply new relational approach to shepherd God's people
• Improve own self-care, reduce stress
• Clear professional development plan

The main activities are:

• Training on using relational and conversational based discipleship material
• Character building activities, small-group accountability and support

Measurable indexes:

• Able to help others to translate knowledge into a respond to God  
• Understand own spiritual health and pass the skill onto others

A group of young adults meet monthly to learn how to serve their church and lead the next generation to follow Jesus. This year, we have seen:

• Courage to facilitate small-group discussions
• Developed positive attitude to worship God through serving

The main activities are:

• Learn inductive method to lead bible study
• Discussing ideas on how to help the group apply knowledge to daily life

Measurable indexes:

• Social interaction and initiative
• Able to lead Bible Study and Worship
