 A way to bridge your church members into the next discipleship effort.

I (Sobee) have participated in different discipleship efforts provided by churches and parachurch organisations. We have been able to create excellent content and are very professional. However, we have often been unable to help the participants overcome their challenges in applying the information and ideas presented. It can be technical because the challenges are unique to each individual and could be related to their faith, lifestyle, or past experiences. This is where our team's supportive listening and congruent dialogue skills can be helpful.

At The Parables Place, we will meet with your church members in a small group setting. It is a space for understanding their core values, faith-related challenges, and application of communication and interpersonal skills. At the end of the workshop, we will explore ways to connect their faith to those inside and outside of their churches. This service is also helpful for Pastoral team members and lay leaders.

• I will listen and understand your church's discipleship planning and needs. 
•  As a leader for your church members, you will understand how this service can help them recognise their challenges in applying their faith and identify possible ways to overcome them.
• (Optional) To understand a customised report outlining the participant's takeaway points and reflections from the workshop. This information can help bridge your church members to the subsequent spiritual growth and discipleship effort inside your church.
